Others have prompts.
I have pipelines.
This is my portfolio.
I don't let AI wander off and make something. I run it like a production: story first, the right tools for the creative work and the technical grind, and time and tokens counted at every step.

Four phases, borrowed from filmAI content creation is film production.
If you don't know what you're shooting long before you're on set, you can't control the budget, the schedule, or whether the thing is any good.
Development
What we're making, who it's for, what the deliverables are. Decided before a single token is spent.
Pre-production
Models and their costs, shared openly. Storyboards locked. LoRAs trained and approved. Where token management pays off most.
Production
Footage generated, masters built, reviewed daily, approved or re-shot. Time and budget gate every generation.
Post-production
Edit, VFX, titles, sound, atmosphere, colour grade, render. Rough cut, pre-final, final.
